A friend told me that Blogger and Blogspot may be blocked in China (for all the usual reasons that Internet stuff is blocked in China). This has been true on and off for years, so we are uncertain as to whether it is currently true.
If that is the case, I'm hoping to still be able to post via email. This is me testing out that theory.
Pictures and video (which is really what most of you want I suspect) may be a little more tricky. We'll see.
Here's a photo of Maeve with cousin Kiera. Maeve is wearing a coat that Grandpa bought for K back when K was this small.

What a beautiful coat! I love when special pieces of clothing are shared between family members; it makes it all the more special.
Good luck posting from China but I guess I'm saying that more for my benefit (and your other readers) than your own at this point! After all, you'll have your gal. It's the rest of us who will be anxiously waiting for a peek.
Oh my, what a beautiful coat. Maeve looks like a little doll in it and so very grownup. She looks like she's ready for tea with the queen.
We hope you're able to post something from China, we'll be waiting for the first photos of little Elspeth!
Hi Maeve! I love you in Kiera's coat! I love Kiera in the hat! so sweet, what a nice way to pass on memories...
